Flu
I'm currently laid up in bed, suffering. My head feels like a vice, my throat feels like razor blades, and my breathing sounds like a gazelle taking its last breath before a cheetah crunches down on its neck. No amount of home-remedies seem to be attacking my symptoms; it's not as if I'm not trying to get better:
2 x daily hot salt water gargles
4 x doses of paracetamol
3 x hot water with honey and lemon
2 x mint tea with honey
1 x multi-vitamin
2 x high dose vitamin C
2 x high dose echinacea
2 x nauseous, but focused, attempts to frig
Well, I've got to find something to do in my bed all day besides read books and sleep...
Back soon.
